The McColl School of Business has a wide range of experienced coaches and mentors who volunteer to work with students in our leadership development curriculum. Our students receive significant information during their leadership development journey so partnering with a coach and/or mentor will allow students to synthesize the information, and identify key areas of focus. Whether a student is seeking a coach or mentor who is experienced in aiding professionals who are first-time managers orwho is experienced with helping find balance outside of work, the diversity of our coaches and mentors will ensure our students’ needs are met.
Students are encouraged to evaluate the 3 components of the McColl School Leadership Model – Competence, Character, and Commitment to Community – and identify a coaching agenda that will expand at least one of these areas.
